Kat Shelby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, and logistics across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at Signature Solar, Kat played a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth from inception to a projected annual revenue exceeding $300 million in 2024. Previously held positions include Head of Logistics and Distribution and Director of Operations at the same company, contributing to key evaluations and the implementation of vital operating processes. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager & Assistant Brewer at Two Wheel Brewing Co. and Wholesale & Operations Manager at Son of a Sailor, where Kat focused on operational efficiencies and relationship management. Kat holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Political Science from Austin College, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Texas State University, and is currently pursuing a law degree at Texas A&M University School of Law.
