Joy Figarsky

Joy Figarsky has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Joy started their career at Horizon Health Corporation in 1996, where they served as a Regional Vice President of Operations until 2007. Joy then joined Ascent Children's Health Services as the CEO from 2007 to 2013. Following that, they worked at the Arkansas Department of Human Services as the Director of the Division of Behavioral Health from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Signet Health and held various roles, including Executive Vice President of the Behavioral Health Division. Most recently, they served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Signet Health Corporation and Diamond Healthcare starting from October 2020.

Joy Figarsky completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Social Work from Columbia University between 1983 and 1985.
