Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educationally, Mariana obtained a diploma in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and holds a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
