Kelsey Klima

Kelsey Klima is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on university relations and diversity recruitment. Currently at Signet Jewelers since May 2021, Kelsey previously contributed to Randstad Sourceright as a University Relations Manager, enhancing diversity hiring and streamlining partnerships across universities. Prior experience includes program management at Diebold Nixdorf, where responsibilities encompassed full life-cycle recruitment and developing diversity initiatives. Kelsey’s earlier roles include guest relations at the Cleveland Browns and a human resources internship with Delaware North Companies. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Theatre from Otterbein University.
