Lynn Ahlers

Lynn Ahlers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Signet since September 2014, Lynn has also held the role of VP of Compensation & Benefits at Sterling Jewelers since 2006. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compensation & Benefits at both Cole Vision Corporation and Cole National from 1998 to 2005, and Director of Compensation & Benefits at OfficeMax from 1994 to 1998. Lynn began a career in the benefits field at Progressive Insurance as a Benefits Supervisor from 1990 to 1994. Lynn Ahlers earned a degree from Case Western Reserve University, graduating between 1982 and 1986.
