Rebecca Sharpe

Rebecca Sharpe is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since September 2023. At Signet Jewelers since March 2016, Rebecca holds the position of Senior Director of Innovation Project Management, where responsibilities include ensuring strategic alignment for project initiatives and collaborating closely with leadership. Previously, Rebecca held roles as Innovation Engine Project Manager II and Project Manager, managing key projects such as a $330 million digital technology acquisition and operational integration efforts following the acquisition of Zales. Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked in Store Development at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. from March 2002 to March 2016. Rebecca earned a degree from Kent State University between 1994 and 1998.
