Anahy Carbajal

Anahy Carbajal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Anahy started their career in 2006 at HSBC, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner Manager, Learning and Development Regional Manager, Trainer Coordinator & Facilitator, and Relationship Manager. In 2016, they moved to Sanofi as an HR Business Partner - Talent Management Manager for the Pacific, Central America & Caribbean region. In 2017, they joined adidas as Senior Manager Talent Management for Latin America. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Hilti Group, first as Head of Talent Management Latin America and then as Head of Talent - Management & Acquisition for the same region. In 2022, they joined Brunel as the Global Talent & Learning Manager, and in 2023, they will assume the role of Global Head of Learning at Signify.

Anahy Carbajal attended Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, where they studied Economía Financiera. Anahy also studied Psicología at Universidad del Valle de México.
