Cosmina Gilceava

Cosmina Gilceava is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the lighting industry. Since December 2018, Cosmina has held multiple leadership roles at Signify, including Head of Finance Division Digital Products, Global Finance Business Partner Manufacturing, and Global Transformation Program Finance Lead. Prior to joining Signify, Cosmina accumulated over eleven years of experience at Philips Lighting, where roles included Finance Business Partner for Eastern Europe, Head of Finance for CEE Lighting, Market Controller for CEE Lighting, and Financial Controller for both Lighting Romania and Wholesale Lighting Central South Europe.
