Fujun Wei

Fujun Wei has over 15 years of professional experience, starting in 2006 at Dell's China Design Center as a Project Engineer and later promoted to Senior Project Engineer. Fujun successfully managed supplier enablement programs and implemented quality improvement initiatives. In 2010, they joined Philips Lighting as an Assistant Project Manager and later became a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the execution of various projects and leading cross-functional teams. In 2013, Fujun Wei moved to Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) as a Product and Marketing Manager and later progressed to Senior Product Manager. In this role, they developed product roadmaps, managed the product portfolio and lifecycle, and conducted benchmarking and competitive analysis. Fujun then served as the Head of Project Management Office and currently holds the position of Head of Product Management at Signify, where they drive the strategic direction of product development and supports the sales team in achieving targets. Overall, Fujun Wei has a strong background in project and product management, with a focus on driving sales growth and profitability.

Fujun Wei holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from BI Norwegian Business School. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunication from Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Fujun completed their undergraduate studies at Soochow University in China, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication. Their education journey began at Suzhou High School from 1997 to 2000.
