Jennifer Bihlmier Helias

Jennifer Bihlmier Helias has a diverse work experience in the lighting industry. Jennifer started their career at Philips Lighting Company North America as an Order Management Representative, eventually moving up to the role of Key Account Order Management Representative. Jennifer then became a Finished Good Inventory Planner, where they were responsible for production planning activities. During this time, they also played a crucial role in the implementation of SAP in the Planning department.

Jennifer later became a Six Sigma Black Belt, managing projects and delivering breakthrough results across various functions. Their achievements included reducing inventory write-offs at third-party repack facilities and developing the Home Depot Reset process, which positioned Philips as the world-class Category Captain for the lighting space. Jennifer also worked as a Consumer Project Office Manager, partnering with large retailers to manage shelf and planogram changes.

At Philips Lighting North America, Jennifer worked as a Consumer Sales Operations Manager, managing a team of 6 direct reports and overseeing customer service, pricing, and sales operations for the Consumer channel. Jennifer also served as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, managing the Commercial organization's improvement agenda through Black Belt projects and project management skills.

Most recently, Jennifer joined Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) as the Vice President of Commercial Operations. In this role, they created a center of excellence across various functions to enable sales growth, improve the customer experience, and reduce costs. Jennifer led digital transformation efforts to increase automation and achieved significant results such as increasing electronic ordering and reducing internal costs. Overall, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership and a track record of driving efficiency and growth in their roles.

Jennifer Bihlmier Helias holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State University. Jennifer has also obtained additional certifications, including Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Training from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2019, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in 2019. Jennifer is also a Lean Expert and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, both obtained from Signify.
