Doug Agurkis

Doug Agurkis is an experienced professional in chargeback operations and loss prevention. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Chargeback Operations at Signifyd since October 2021, Doug previously held the position of Global Chargeback Manager at Microsoft from May 2014 to October 2021, and Manager of Investigations at Amazon from 2012 to 2014. Doug's earlier career included a role as Loss Prevention Manager at Macy's from 2005 to 2012, overseeing all aspects of loss prevention and fraud management. Doug earned a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Eastern Washington University.
