Maan-Hyun Han

Maan-Hyun Han is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management consulting and HR consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Signium since January 2017, Maan-Hyun has a strong background in leadership roles, including Co-head of Seoul at Egon Zehnder for a brief period in 2016, and Partner and President at both L.E.K. Consulting and Monitor Group for several years. Maan-Hyun's career began in software engineering at LG Electronics, followed by a consultancy role at Monitor Group, leading to notable positions in venture capital and management strategy consulting. Maan-Hyun holds a BS in Computer Science and Statistics from Seoul National University and an MS in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
