Stephanie Engels

Stephanie Engels is a co-founder of ESG4Boards, an initiative that connects experienced executives with extensive sustainability backgrounds for board positions, and serves as a partner and co-lead in the Global Technology Practice at Signium, a prominent executive search and leadership consulting firm. Current roles include being a board member for Energie Uster, co-CEO of Schwyz Next, and a member of the Innovation Council at the University of Zurich. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ewz, focusing on corporate strategy, innovation, and sustainability, as well as sustainability services at RobecoSAM. Stephanie holds a PhD in Environmental Science and Political Economy from ETH Zürich, an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and has also conducted research at MIT.
