Jay Ramsay

Jay Ramsay has worked in a variety of roles across a range of companies. Jay began their career in 2003 as Performance Analysis Manager at British Midland International, where they managed the commercial analytics department. In 2007, they moved to A.T. Kearney as a Data Management Specialist, advising on strategic marketing, procurement and organisational issues. Later that year, they joined TDX Group as a Senior Consultant. In 2011, they returned to British Midland International as Head of International Business Development. In 2012, they joined Dollar Financial Group as Senior Manager of Debt Collection Strategy, leading and developing the debt collection strategy and analytics. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Oakbrook Finance as Head of Business Improvement, developing a brand new loan product from whiteboard to market to £1m+ in under 12 months. From 2015 to 2016, they were Head of Delivery at Liberis UK. From 2016 to 2017, they were Managing Consultant at Jay2Base Business Solutions. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, they were Product Director and Product Manager at Solutions for Retail Brands, before becoming VP of Products at Signol in 2020.

Jay Ramsay attended the University of Leicester School of Management from 2006 to 2012, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Jay also attended the University of Leicester from 1996 to 2000, receiving a Bsc in Physics with Space Science.
