Arpit Ratan

Arpit Ratan is currently the CBO at Signzy. Previously, they were a partner at OJAS Legal - Corporate and Litigation Advisory and an associate at Vaish Associates, Advocates. Arpit has also worked as a visiting faculty for diploma in corporate laws at ILS Law College. Arpit has extensive experience working with manufacturing and IT companies to better manage their legal compliance, including labour laws. Arpit has also worked on share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, SEBI regulations, due diligence, negotiations, and foreign direct investment.

Arpit Ratan earned a Master's Degree in LLM (Business and International Law) from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Arpit also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from ILS Law College with a focus in Banking, Corporate, and Securities Law. Arpit Ratan is also a Company Secretary (Professional) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and they have a Diploma in “International Business Law and Corporate Law in India” from Symbiosis Society Law College, Pune. Finally, Arpit Ratan has a Diploma in “Cyber Laws” from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune.
