Joshua Posner

Joshua Posner serves as the General Counsel at Siguler Guff & Company since February 2017. Previously, Joshua held the position of Associate General Counsel at Portfolio Advisors from July 2014 to February 2017 and worked as an Associate in Investment Management at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from June 2012 to June 2014. Early in the career, Joshua was a Private Equity Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf from September 2010 to June 2012. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
