Debra Coldiron Hartwell

Debra Coldiron Hartwell, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Debra started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Danzer Veneer in 1987 and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they joined SIHO Insurance Services as the Director of Human Resources, a position they still hold.

Debra Coldiron Hartwell, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from IUPUC. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015, and PI Analyst from The Predictive Index in September 2010.
