Tomi Sjöblom

Tomi Sjöblom has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tomi started their career in 2007 as a Content Administrator at Eilakaisla before becoming a Content Management Developer. Tomi then worked as a Software Specialist at Logica from 2008 to 2011. Tomi joined Conmio Ltd in 2011 as a Senior Front-End Developer, specializing in mobile service development. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at SC5 as a UX Developer, bridging the gap between design and development. In 2016, they became the Lean UX Tribe Lead at Siili Solutions, where they were responsible for guiding a team of design and development experts. Tomi also worked as a UX Designer/UX Developer at Siili Solutions, creating rapid prototypes and proofs of concept. Tomi founded and served as the Chief Designer at HR-bot Oy, a legal tech startup, from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Tribe Lead, UX Engineering at Siili Solutions, where they enjoy the freedom to move between design and development processes. Overall, Tomi has a strong background in UX engineering, design leadership, and front-end development.

Tomi Sjöblom obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Media Technology from Häme University of Applied Sciences from the year 2003 to 2010. Additionally, they acquired certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2016 and ITIL V3 Foundation in 2010.
