Andrew Towey

Andrew Towey has a strong background in executive roles, with experience in various industries. Andrew currently serves as the President and CEO of SIJ Americas since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of Kopo International Inc, starting in January 2020. Andrew also held the position of Board Member at Kopo International Inc since November 2018. Andrew served as the President of SMT Ltd since January 2013 and Deputy Director of Sales USA at SIJ - Slovenian Steel Group from November 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they were the President of Merezoti HK Ltd from July 2011 to December 2012. Andrew has a significant tenure at H.C. Starck, where they held various roles including Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, VP of Marketing, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Managing Director from September 2009 to June 2011, July 2007 to November 2009, June 2004 to June 2007, and January 2001 to May 2004, respectively.

Andrew Towey attended Imperial College London from 1989 to 1992, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering Honours degree in Material Science & Metallurgy. In 2003, they briefly attended the London Business School, but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.
