Rakhi Nair

Rakhi Nair is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, management, and HR business partnering. Currently serving as Senior Manager Human Resources at Sika since May 2023 following the acquisition of MBCC Group, Rakhi previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at MBCC Group from February 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition and HRBP functions. Rakhi's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager Human Resources at Ashok Piramal Group from May 2013 to February 2021, focusing on talent management and learning and development. Rakhi began a career in HR as a Summer Intern at Mahindra & Mahindra in 2012, working on projects related to new hire quality and employee relations. Educational qualifications include an MMS in HR from SIES College of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from SIES Graduate School Of Technology.
