Kathy O'Connell

Kathy O'Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and therapy. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SMC Global since November 2022, Kathy also works as an Invisible Challenges Training Expert and Leadership Coach at Core Transformations Consulting, LLC. Additionally, Kathy owns and operates a Marriage and Family Therapy practice, providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
