Paul Lionikis

Paul Lionikis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal outreach and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Outreach for the Federal Vertical at Sikich since March 2021, Paul specializes in building relationships across federal agencies and enhancing the Sikich brand in the federal sector. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Crowe and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where responsibilities included leading business development initiatives for public sector organizations. Earlier career roles, including VP of Federal Sales at JP Morgan and Director of Business Development at Anexsys, showcased expertise in selling financial services and complex solutions. Paul's foundational skills in software development and management were honed in various consulting positions spanning nearly two decades. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
