Geir Vangen

Geir Vangen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the education and technology sectors. Currently serving as Fagdirektør at Sikt since January 2022, Vangen previously held the position of Fagdirektør at Unit from January 2018 to December 2021, where additional roles included konstituert Avdelingsdirektør for both the Avdeling for utdanning and the Avdeling for IT-utvikling. Prior to that, Vangen was Head of Department of Development at CERES, FSAT, and held various significant roles at the University of Oslo from January 1995 to June 2015, including Chief Engineer and FS Development Manager. Vangen's educational background includes studies at BI Norwegian Business School and a degree from the University of Oslo.
