Corrado Santini

Corrado Santini is a professional with extensive experience in organizational assessment and training. Currently serving as a consultant and experiential trainer at SIL.CA Consulting since March 2024 and as an experiential trainer at Matteo Majer since October 2022, Corrado specializes in potential evaluation through assessment centers, organizational climate analysis, and business coaching aimed at enhancing individual and group performance. Previously, held the position of HR Manager at ItalyPost from January 2022 to May 2022, overseeing internship and job announcements as well as managing the administrative aspects of training projects in collaboration with universities. Earlier work experience includes roles in customer service as a waiter at Agriturismo Lago D'Oro and as a delivery rider at Pizzeria Jolly Pizza. Corrado holds a Master's degree in Social, Work, and Communication Psychology from the University of Padua, completed in October 2022.
