Hasmik Rafayelyan

Hasmik Rafayelyan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Department at SIL INSURANCE ICJSC since May 2015, Hasmik has successfully managed over 50 court cases, achieving a 95 percent positive outcome. Prior to this role, Hasmik co-founded ABSTRACT LLC, where responsibilities included legal document preparation and representation in over 30 court cases with a 92 percent success rate. Additional experience includes positions at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, Zohrabyan & Partners Law Firm, and Golden Lex LLC, where Hasmik handled civil law cases and corporate legal matters. Hasmik's educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Civil Law and a Bachelor of Laws in Jurisprudence from Yerevan State University.
