Norman Tong

Norman Tong, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various senior accountant roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since January 2022, responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly accounting close activities. Previously, Norman held senior accounting positions at Exelixis, MidPen Housing Corporation, Vyond, Vuclip Inc., LeapFrog, and Qualys, demonstrating expertise in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, financial statement consolidation, and collaboration with cross-functional departments. Norman began the accounting career as an Accounting Analyst at Communications & Power Industries (CPI) after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from San Francisco State University.
