Xiujun Yue

Xiujun Yue is a Staff Engineer in Battery Development at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc., with prior experience as a Senior Scientist at SES and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout the career, Xiujun Yue has led projects such as the high energy and power density Li metal microbattery for DARPA's SHRIMP initiative, focusing on electrode, cell, and packaging design. Research contributions include advancements in lithium, zinc, and flow battery technologies during a tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at UC San Diego, and work on fuel cell membranes as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Tianjin University. Xiujun Yue holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Nanoengineering from UC San Diego, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
