Arthur Lin

Arthur Lin is an accomplished semiconductor professional with extensive experience in technology development and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Development at Silanna Semiconductor since April 2019, Arthur has led initiatives that improved device performance and production efficiency across various technologies, including SOI and GaN. Prior experience includes serving as TD Senior Section Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where Arthur oversaw significant BCD project developments and contributed to successful mass production. As TD Principal Engineer at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company, Arthur played a vital role in pioneering high-voltage and SOI-based processes. Earlier in the career, Arthur contributed to CMOS process development at United Microelectronics Corporation. Arthur holds a Master’s degree in Finance from National Chiao Tung University and a Master’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology.
