Robbie Charters

Robbie Charters is an experienced leader in the technology and semiconductor industries, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Silanna Semiconductor since February 2019. Prior roles include Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Touchphase Inc from June 2017 to March 2020, Director of Process Development at Brisbane Materials Technology from April 2013 to January 2019, and Chief Technology Officer at nTact from August 2011 to April 2013. Robbie Charters founded RPO Pty Ltd, serving as Chief Technology Officer from October 2000 to April 2011, and was a Research Fellow at the Australian National University from 1996 to 2000. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nonlinear Fibre Optics and Organic Thin Films from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
