Xavier Laval

Xavier Laval is an experienced professional in informatics and engineering, currently working at SILEANE as an informatic and vision engineer, focusing on vision and machine learning algorithm implementation for adaptive robots since February 2024. Prior to this role, Xavier served as a product development leader at SPIX Industry, where responsibility included the development of an industrial vocal assistant with a strong emphasis on user experience and API integration within an agile framework. Xavier's extensive experience also includes over a decade at Grenoble INP GIPSA-lab as a design engineer specializing in vibration, acoustic, and instrumentation, contributing to research in speech mechanisms and fault detection. In addition, Xavier held the position of Chief Technical Officer at ASTRIIS, overseeing the startup's project to enhance predictive maintenance software.
