Lukas VanLaecken has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Lukas started their career as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Twin City Fan Companies, where they designed fixtures and oversaw their construction. Lukas then worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at North Atlantic Industries, Inc., where they programmed circuit boards and assembled projects. Lukas then joined North Atlantic Industries as a Jr. Mechanical Engineer, focusing on product engineering documentation and process improvements. Later, they became an Application Engineer at Adams Thermal Systems, where they managed customer projects and designed heat exchangers. Currently, they are working at Silencer Central, initially as a Manufacturing Engineer and later as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for developing high-quality suppressors and controlling production throughput. Lukas has recently been promoted to Manager of Engineering, leading innovative product development projects and ensuring top-tier products and customer satisfaction. Lukas is currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain and Engineering at Silencer Central.
Lukas VanLaecken earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines between 2010 and 2015. Lukas also obtained an Engineer In Training (EIT) certification in 2015.
