Stylianos Kotrozos has a diverse work experience in the yachting industry. Stylianos currently works as a Project Manager at SILENT-YACHTS, starting from 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Hill Robinson Yacht Management, where they served as a Technical/Project Manager from October 2017 to May 2022. At Hill Robinson, they led various projects including the refits of a 90m Support Vessel and a 77m Aluminium Superyacht. Stylianos also developed a bid package for a 75m explorer yacht with diesel-electric propulsion and battery package. Stylianos previously worked at Chion Yachting as a Project Manager from June 2016 to September 2017.
Before transitioning to project management roles, Stylianos gained technical expertise as a Yacht Service Engineer at CK Yacht Repairs from September 2014 to May 2016. In this role, they took charge of the engineering department responsible for technical assistance and repairs in superyachts. Stylianos managed various tasks including maintenance, repairs, and construction of different yacht components. Prior to CK Yacht Repairs, Stylianos worked as an Assistant Technical Superintendent at AIMS Shipping Corporation for a brief period in 2013. Stylianos was responsible for monitoring vessel performance, managing budgets, and ensuring maintenance and repair activities were conducted in accordance with standards.
Stylianos began their career in the yachting industry as an Apprentice Engineer on the "European Express" vessel at NEL LINES for a few months in 2012. Stylianos assisted in routine maintenance and testing of engine systems. Stylianos also collected and sent samples for analysis. Stylianos also took up a short-term role as a Marine Engineer at CK Yacht Repairs in July and August 2011, where they contributed to technical assistance and repairs in superyachts.

Stylianos Kotrozos completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Technology with Marine Engineering BEng Honours from Newcastle University, starting in 2010 and finishing in 2013. Stylianos then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Naval Architecture from the same university, starting in 2013 and finishing in 2014.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Stylianos Kotrozos has obtained two additional certifications. In January 2020, they became an Approved Hazmat Expert from RINA. Stylianos also obtained the ISM Auditor certification from Lloyd's Register in February 2018.
