Tzvika Fridman has worked at Silentium Ltd. since 2005. From 2005 to 2013, they held the roles of System Group Director, DSP Team Leader, and DSP Engineer. In their role as System Group Director, they were responsible for building and managing the System group, developing Silentium SISO and MIMO HW controllers for ANC, and developing multi-channel Audio Amplifier for piezo elements. As DSP Team Leader, they were responsible for DSP team management, implementation of Adaptive algorithms for audio signals processing, and development of Silentium BSP and RT-OS for DSP based Audio controllers. As DSP Engineer, they were responsible for development and implementation of RT algorithms for audio signals processing, development of PC based development tool for ANR library and HW Control, and design and development of DSP-PC communication protocols via UART-USB (VCP) interface. Since 2013, they have held the roles of CTO and R&D Manager. As CTO, they are responsible for development of the company technology Roadmap, IP portfolio development and maintenance, and Innovation group management. As R&D Manager, they are responsible for managing the R&D Group, program management with Tier1s & OEMs, and management of R&D projects for supporting the company strategy.
Tzvika Fridman received an Engineer's Degree from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / DSP between 2001 and 2005. Tzvika then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bar-Ilan University, which they completed in 2012.
