Kristen O'Dell has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kristen started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at The Premier Partners, where they conducted candidate searches, phone interviews, and reference checks. Kristen then worked as an HR Assistant and later as an HR Coordinator at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where they managed recruitment activities and provided support to management and staff. Kristen also served as a Recruiter at HCR Home Care, where they facilitated all recruiting activities and developed recruitment processes for clinician positions. Kristen further expanded their recruitment experience at Rochester Regional Health, where they identified staffing needs, created recruiting and interview plans, and built social and professional networks to source candidates. Prior to joining Silfab Solar Inc. as a HR Business Partner, Kristen worked at Monroe Community Hospital as a Principal Personnel Analyst - HR Manager, where they developed and directed the implementation of personnel policies and procedures for over 800 employees.
