Clayton Brink

Clayton Brink, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Silgan Containers since March 2021, focusing on HR strategy for a leading metal food packaging provider. Prior to this role, Brink managed human resources at North American Stamping Group from September 2020 to March 2021, where efforts concentrated on recruiting, retention, and employee engagement for the Paulding and Bryan, OH plants.
