Mike Peffley

Mike Peffley is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and software development. Currently serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst/Scrum Product Owner/Project Manager at Silgan Containers since June 2022, Peffley previously held similar roles at Eaton from May 2015 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing global IT projects and leading payroll implementation efforts. Earlier, Peffley was a Software Project Lead and Systems Analyst at Boeing and contributed as a Software Systems Analyst and Programmer at Lockheed Martin. Peffley also has a background in project engineering with Williams Communications and served as an Armor Officer in the US Army.
