Sophie Gallo

Sophie Gallo is an accomplished artist and motion graphics designer with extensive experience in the creative field. Since February 2011, Sophie has contributed to Silhouette America, Inc. by designing various projects for die cutting machines, including greeting cards and 3D boxes. Additionally, Sophie has been working as a Motion Graphics Designer for Fire On the Bayou since October 2011, specializing in commercial animation and design. As a freelance motion and graphic designer through Sophie Gallo Design since January 2004, a commitment to artistic versatility has been evident, with early career focuses on storyboarding and typography. Teaching an Intro to After Effects course at the New Orleans Video Access Center in 2013 exemplifies Sophie's dedication to education. Previous roles include motion graphics design at 1080, Inc., Post Asylum, Post:Op Editorial, and Reel FX Creative Studios. Sophie earned a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Communications from Ringling College of Art and Design from 2000 to 2004.
