Mark R. Hatch, DBA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1999, they served as the Director of Computer Services at Kinkos, where they managed a multi-million dollar business and strategic partnerships with major companies such as Adobe, Apple, and Microsoft. From 2001 to 2001, they were the COO of Questium - an internet ASP division of Health Net, leading a team of internet product management professionals. In 2003, they became the President of GL Services - BPO, ASP, overseeing operational needs for $70 million in publisher sales. Starting in 2007, they co-founded and served as the CEO of TechShop, where they built an executive team, raised over $25 million in funding, and developed financial and operational plans. In 2016, Mark joined Innovation Partners, Inc. as the CEO until 2020. During this time, they also held roles as an Independent Affiliate at the Institute for the Future and as Faculty at Singularity University. Additionally, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at UC Berkeley and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. In 2020, Mark became the CEO of SiLi-ion Inc. Mark R. Hatch, DBA, MBA has an extensive education history. Mark R. started their educational journey in 1989 at UC Irvine, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1991, they went on to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the prestigious Drucker School of Management. Mark R. completed their MBA in General Management in the year 1995.

Continuing their pursuit of academic excellence, Mark R. Hatch recently undertook a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Their DBA program, with a specialization in Organizational Purpose & Innovation, commenced in 2019 and is expected to conclude in 2022.
