Olga Bubnova

Olga Bubnova has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Olga is currently the Founder & CEO of B.gain, a company that specializes in helping tech companies improve their brand and communication strategies. Olga has also held various roles in marketing and communications, including Marketing and Communication Lead at Cremorne Digital Hub, Partner at Nodeify, and Marketing & Communications at Silicon Beach Australia.

Furthermore, Olga has experience in advisory and strategy roles, having served as an Advisory Board Member and Marketing Advisor at Paycon Technology Inc. Additionally, they have worked as an International Marketing & Communications Specialist at PROSOFT and Coordinator of Stakeholder communications at Ecopsy Consulting.

Prior to their current roles, Olga worked at the Australian Computer Society (ACS), where they held multiple responsibilities, including managing engagement programs, volunteers, and student ambassadors. Olga also played a crucial role in creating and implementing engagement plans and campaigns, organizing events, and providing account support to professional partners. During their time at ACS, Olga achieved significant milestones, such as leading a student ambassador program that produced an award-winning participant and developing successful virtual event formats.

Earlier in their career, Olga worked as a Personal Assistant at State tanders and as a Specialist at the Federal Registration Service.

Olga Bubnova completed their Master's degree in Management from the Russian State Social University, where they attended from 2005 to 2010. Olga later pursued a diploma in Marketing and Communications from EIM International, completing it in the year 2017. In addition to their formal education, Olga obtained a certification in "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
