Rui Deng is a highly experienced Staff Device and Foundry Engineer at Silicon Labs, with a career in semiconductor device engineering spanning over two decades. Since February 2012, Rui Deng has contributed in areas such as device engineering, foundry management, and non-volatile memory technology. Prior to this, from January 2006 to October 2011, Rui Deng served as a Staff Device Engineer at Impinj, focusing on device modeling and NVM cell design while also providing engineering support and participating in technology transfer initiatives.
