Suvesh Pratapa

Suvesh Pratapa is a seasoned software professional with over a decade of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Silicon Labs since October 2012, Suvesh specializes in the IoT platform, particularly in the development of Thread, a low-power wireless mesh networking protocol. Prior to this role, Suvesh was a Software Engineer at IBM from August 2009 to October 2012 and gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from August 2007 to May 2009. Suvesh also completed a Software Internship at Exagrid Systems during the summer of 2008. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology.
