Alex Hayden-Gilbert started their work experience as a Technical Director at iBegin Interactive Software in 2001 and held that role until 2005. They then worked as an Information and Marketing Officer at Linklaters from October 2007 to July 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Alex worked as a Project Services Supervisor at ARV Offshore. They then transitioned to the role of Business Development and Marketing Manager at DFDL from February 2012 to September 2012. From October 2012 to June 2015, Alex served as a Deputy General Manager at ARV Construction Solutions and later took on the role of Project Services Manager from October 2012 to March 2013. In 2016, Alex worked as a Contracts Manager at EcoThai. From March 2017 to August 2017, they were a Manager at Canadoil Asia Ltd. Alex then joined Asia Pacific Representatives Co., Ltd. as a Key Account Manager from January 2018 to November 2018. In 2019, they became a Project Services Manager at Northern Ray, a position they held until February 2021. Currently, Alex is the Chief Operating Officer at Silk Legal, starting in January 2020.
Alex Hayden-Gilbert obtained a Graduate Diploma in Education from Assumption University in 2006-2007. Additionally, they received a BSc in Physics Studies from Lancaster University in 1999-2001. Alex also holds certifications in Introduction to Operations Management and Managerial Accounting from Coursera Course Certificates, obtained in 2016.
