Kevin Klemz

Kevin Klemz currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Silk Road Medical, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin held similar executive positions at Vyaire Medical from June 2016 to January 2022 and at Tornier NV from September 2010 to January 2016, as well as at ev3 Inc. from December 2006 to September 2010. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare from January 2016 to January 2019 and as a Partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly for over twenty years. Kevin Klemz earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from William Mitchell College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Hamline University.
