Steve Coplan

Steve Coplan has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and strategy. Steve started their career as a Networks Analyst at The 451 Group in 2000 and later took on roles as Director of M&A Analysis and Research Director for Networks. In 2005, they became the Director of Product Marketing at Whale Communications, which was later acquired by Microsoft. From 2008 to 2012, Steve worked as a Research Manager at 451 Research, specializing in identity and access management. Steve then held roles at Vaultive, CA Technologies, Khova Consulting, and BigID, where they were the Senior Director of Product and Solutions Marketing. Steve also worked as the Director of Product Marketing at Text IQ and Aqua Security before joining Silk Security in 2023 as the Sr Director of Product Marketing.

Steve Coplan holds a BHons degree in Linguistics and Zulu from the University of Cape Town. Additionally, they have pursued an MSJ degree at Northwestern University.
