Roman Tsertsvadze

Roman Tsertsvadze currently serves as the Team Lead of IT OSS maintenance and support at Silknet, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Roman worked at Whale Cloud for five years, focusing on IT OSS Project Technical Support and managing OSS domain maintenance support and various modules. Previous experience includes serving as an Outsource Manager at ZTE Corporation, a Project Manager at Huawei, and a Senior Engineer specializing in GPON and DSL networks at ZTE Corporation. Roman began their career with Silknet as an IPTV service software and hardware engineer. Roman holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Georgian Technical University.
