Tommi Heinonen

Tommi Heinonen has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tommi is currently the Head of Administration at Silmäasema since 2022. Prior to this, they had various roles at Telia, starting as a Salesperson in 2009 and progressing to become the Head of Retail B2B & Resellers, Head of Allpay & Dealer sales, and Sales Manager. At Telia, they were responsible for housing company sales, external resellers, local sales, and managing a team of approximately 25 people. Before joining Telia, Tommi worked at Elisa as a Store Manager, leading a team of five people and handling sales and coaching responsibilities. Overall, Tommi has demonstrated strong leadership and sales skills throughout their career in the telecommunications industry.

Tommi Heinonen has a diverse education history. Tommi obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on business management and entrepreneurship from Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK, between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing at Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2011.

Before pursuing higher education in business, Tommi Heinonen completed their Matriculation Examination at Aurajoen Lukio from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal degrees, Tommi Heinonen has also obtained several certifications. These include the Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen (HHJ)-kurssi from Turun kauppakamari in November 2022, Understanding Financial Statements from Coventry University in August 2021, and Principles of Wealth Management from Hanken School of Economics in December 2020.
