Tuukka Sarvi

Tuukka Sarvi has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of AI, machine learning, and data science. Tuukka currently works as a Senior AI Engineer at Silo AI, where they are responsible for scoping, implementing, and delivering AI solutions for clients. Tuukka'swork includes collaborating in a team and developing a personalized recommender system for a large international retailer.

Prior to their current role, Sarvi worked at Houston Analytics Ltd as a Machine Learning Engineer. Here, they were involved in both data engineering and data science, contributing to product development and consulting. Tuukka'sresponsibilities included building analytics products, setting up scalable infrastructure, and deploying machine learning models for different industries.

Sarvi also has experience as a Full-time Student at the University of Helsinki and a Lead Consultant at OpusCapita. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in various areas such as ETL pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containerization, data modeling, and version control.

Tuukka Sarvi has an education history that includes multiple degrees and fields of study. Tuukka began their academic journey in 2002 at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a focus on Engineering Physics and Mathematics, as well as System Science. Tuukka'sundergraduate studies lasted from 2002 to 2008.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Tuukka went on to pursue a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration at Aalto University. Tuukka focused on Economics, Econometrics, and Accounting during their studies, which took place from 2009 to 2011.

In 2016, Tuukka enrolled at the University of Helsinki to study Psychology and statistical methods. However, they did not graduate from this program, as indicated by the "Not graduated" status of their degree. Tuukka'sstudies at the University of Helsinki lasted from 2016 to 2018.

Following this, in 2018, Tuukka returned to Aalto University to pursue a Master of Science in Technology, this time with a focus on Mathematics and Operations Research. Tuukka completed this degree program in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Tuukka has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the course "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" through Coursera. In 2021, they became AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Lastly, in 2023, Tuukka achieved the certification of being a Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer through Google.
