Lisa Russell

Lisa Russell has a diverse background in information security and assurance. Lisa started their career in 2007 as an Information Assurance Team Lead at Brandon Technology Consulting, where they managed a team and ensured compliance with certification and accreditation processes. In 2010, they joined CGI Federal as an Information System Security Officer, where they led an information security team and was responsible for project management and financial deliverables. In 2013, Lisa joined KSJ & Associates, Inc. as an Information Assurance Analyst, providing support to capacity services and coordinating with Defense Information Systems Agency. Since 2016, Lisa has been working at SiloSmashers as an Information System Security Officer, serving as the primary security consultant for a cloud modernization effort. Lisa analyzes security postures, determines the impact of changes, and emphasizes DevSecOps.

Lisa Russell attended Strayer University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networking.
