Wu Wayne is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Senior Application Technology Manager at Siltronic AG since January 2010, Wu specializes in technical issue resolution and customer relationship management for silicon-based wafers across various customer segments in Taiwan. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Xintec focused on integration engineering for Wafer Level Packages and leadership as Section Manager at INOTERA overseeing front-end yield enhancement for 300 mm DRAM. Wu began a career as a Senior Engineer at ProMOS, gaining expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Materials Sciences and Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from National Taiwan University.
