Rumalie Perera

Rumalie Perera is a dedicated Human Resources professional with significant experience in managing various HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Silueta - Technologies by MAS since February 2020, Rumalie specializes in social sustainability initiatives, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compensation administration, training coordination, and organizational culture development. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Executive at Sakurai Aviation Pvt Ltd and a Human Resources Assistant at INTIMA and DSI Samson Group - Sri Lanka. Rumalie is pursuing a Master's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and holds a Chartered qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Additionally, Rumalie completed a certificate program in Labour Law & Industrial Relations.
